BlackMint is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect your Solana wallet address, subscription tier and dates, watchlist and wallet monitor addresses, risk score history, API keys (stored as hashes only), AI conversation history, and Telegram chat ID if you connect for alerts. We do not collect your name, email, payment card details, or any other personally identifiable information beyond your wallet address.
We use your data solely to authenticate your wallet, deliver subscribed features, verify on-chain payments, send Telegram alerts for wallets you monitor, and improve Platform reliability. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
BlackMint uses Helius for Solana data, Anthropic for AI features, CoinGecko for market data, Vercel for frontend hosting, and Railway for backend infrastructure. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies.
We retain your data while your account is active. We will delete your account data within 30 days of a verified deletion request submitted via our GitHub repository. Blockchain transaction data used to verify payments is public on the Solana blockchain and cannot be deleted.
We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, store API keys as SHA-256 hashes, authenticate via cryptographic wallet signatures, and implement on-chain payment verification with replay protection. You are responsible for protecting your wallet and API keys.
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, open an issue on our GitHub repository at github.com/BlackMintLabs/blackmint.
The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced on our GitHub repository.
