By accessing or using BlackMint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
BlackMint is a Solana blockchain intelligence platform providing wallet analysis, transaction history, risk scoring, whale tracking, AI-powered insights, and API access. The Platform is intended for informational and analytical purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using BlackMint, you confirm you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
BlackMint uses Sign-In With Solana (SIWS) for authentication. You sign a cryptographic message with your Solana wallet to prove ownership. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.
Paid subscriptions are purchased using SOL on the Solana blockchain. All payments are on-chain and final — blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or refunded once confirmed. Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from payment. BlackMint does not store any payment card details.
You agree not to violate any applicable law, attempt unauthorised access to the Platform, reverse engineer the Platform, scrape or redistribute Platform data beyond personal use, use the API beyond your plan limits, or attempt to manipulate on-chain data presented by the Platform.
Pro subscribers may generate API keys to access BlackMint's REST API. Keys are personal and must not be shared. BlackMint reserves the right to revoke keys that are misused. Keys are stored as cryptographic hashes — plaintext keys are shown only once at creation.
All content, design, code, branding, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of BlackMint. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Helius, Anthropic, and CoinGecko. BlackMint is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these services.
The Platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Nothing on BlackMint constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. All data is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information from the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlackMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
BlackMint reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users.
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
